I love Kobe.. but I was so disappointed tonight with their service... we waited an hour and five minutes before our order was taken.. first we were seated with the sun shining in my hubbys face... we asked to be moved... they were already 35 minutes late before seating is again... then we waited another 30 minutes for our order to be taken... it was just bad service... but the food was delicious.... unfortunately we were a little irritated with the wait and there was no compensation for that... poor customer service!
Always a fun place to go for a good meal.
Every year a bunch of us cheer moms and our cheerleader daughters spend a girls weekend in Palm Desert and a dinner out at Kobe Steak house is a must!!!
