I had a fantastic experience with Kobalt Systems!! They recently installed my EV charger and I couldn't be happier. Dan showed up on time, he was super friendly, and got everything done quick and neatly. He took the time too make sure I knew how it all worked before he left, and the setup looks great! If you are looking for reliable electricians who care about doing the job right, I highly recommend Kobalt Systems. Best service from start to finish!
Below this current review is my original review that I stand by, BUT... after needing follow-up support had to revise. I needed follow-up and I was "brushed off". Kobalt wouldn't come back (or even think about warrantying their work), or send someone to review the wiring they had done. I was forced to use another company, at a greater expense - poor customer care and zero follow-up - Disappointing! Original - I had a unique and difficult upgrade. He helped guide us through the process of installing our level 2 charger (which we also would like to say was equally fantastic - Michael from HyperCharge gave us wonderful expertise and excellent customer service throughout) and coordinated all aspects of upgrading our service to 200 amp. We were away as our service was upgraded and Dan reassured us so that we had total confidence it would be done well.
