Below this current review is my original review that I stand by, BUT... after needing follow-up support had to revise. I needed follow-up and I was "brushed off". Kobalt wouldn't come back (or even think about warrantying their work), or send someone to review the wiring they had done. I was forced to use another company, at a greater expense - poor customer care and zero follow-up - Disappointing! Original - I had a unique and difficult upgrade. Dan from Kobalt systems was fantastic! He helped guide us through the process of installing our level 2 charger (which we also would like to say was equally fantastic - Michael from HyperCharge gave us wonderful expertise and excellent customer service throughout) and coordinated all aspects of upgrading our service to 200 amp. We were away as our service was upgraded and Dan reassured us so that we had total confidence it would be done well. Fantastic company: Jeff especially is an absolute joy to work with. Top-notch stuff!
Very happy with the work done. Had fans installed in bathrooms, updated electric heaters, and an outside plug installed.
