We chose Kobalt to install, configure and monitor our new security system. We had Thomas and Steve as our installers - and they stayed for over 10 hours to make sure everything was done and setup perfectly. We installed a doorbell cam plus 5 other cameras, smoke and CO2 sensors, door and window contacts, internal motion sensors and cameras, plus a smart ecobee thermostat. You could not ask for a team to be more pleasant or more caring about our home. Highly recommended.
I had a fantastic experience with Kobalt Systems!! They recently installed my EV charger and I couldn't be happier. Dan showed up on time, he was super friendly, and got everything done quick and neatly. He took the time too make sure I knew how it all worked before he left, and the setup looks great! If you are looking for reliable electricians who care about doing the job right, I highly recommend Kobalt Systems. Best service from start to finish!
Below this current review is my original review that I stand by, BUT... after needing follow-up support had to revise. I needed follow-up and I was "brushed off". Kobalt wouldn't come back (or even think about warrantying their work), or send someone to review the wiring they had done. He helped guide us through the process of installing our level 2 charger (which we also would like to say was equally fantastic - Michael from HyperCharge gave us wonderful expertise and excellent customer service throughout) and coordinated all aspects of upgrading our service to 200 amp.
