Our air ac went out on the hottest day in August and we called four different hvac companies and none could come that WEEK so I called Koala and they sent a tech out immediately. Our unit came with the house in 1985 and was on its last breath. Alex came out and explained all the pros and cons of buying a new unit so we did.
