I was quoted 20k to repair 2 broken sewer lines under my house. I was floored! I asked for videos/photos, proof of the breaks and I was ignored. I tried 5 times, email, phone calls, texts. And NOTHING! I then called another company and it was half the price. This Koala Company tried to rip me off.

Michael is an example of why I have kept Koala Cooling for almost 5 years now. It's because I feel comfortable having them at my house. It's inconvenient to have scheduled maintenance at the house, but they do everything they can to make it nice. They communicate via text. They are friendly and unobtrusive when they're here.
