Isaiah was on time and did a great job servicing my unit. He explained his findings well and was not pushy when it came to recommended solutions. This last part is important because I want an honest AC tech over a salesman to help me with my AC. I have not received this level of honest and transparent communication and options from other AC providers before and will be sure to continue using Koala HVAC in the future.
Evan was great at communicating, found our issue quickly and had our units back running in no time! Very happy with the service the whole Koala team provides through the whole process.
Koala is a great company. Scott & Stacie care SO much about their employees and their customers! I've been using Koala now for more than 5 years and I'll never use an9ther company as long as they own Koala Cooling & Plumbing. If you need an AC replacement, you need Koala Cooling.
