Joe came out to fix our shower handle leak issue working was a cartridge problem. He’s changed that and all is good. Second time they’ve been out. Love Koala and Joe!!

Koala cooling and Plumbing is my go to for all my needs. Joe was highly professional and did a great job at providing me with options to replace my shower drain and sink drain in my guest bathroom. He also provided me with some additional information regarding some preventative items to be on the look out due to the age of the home. I will continue to use Koala cooling and plumbing for any other items I need help with.
