Fantastic friendly no-nonsense, old school vibe gym. The customer service is excellent, the equipment/facilities are great and actively improving. Very pro-emergency services: lots of cops, fire rescue, EMT workout here. Come here to work, not to put on a show.
KO Zone is phenomenal... count yourself lucky if you get a chance to train with Diego or Nick!
Best gym in Miami!!
Best gym in miami, Coach Domingo is a great boxing coach for all ages. Diego is great owner and gym is very well managed and maintained. I started in December here and will be coming for years to come! Great place to learn MMA, Weight lifting, BJJ, wrestling, etc.
