Initially, the process was a breeze but then when it comes to customer service, you have to deal with their AI chat bot. When I finally got a hold of someone on the phone, I ended up getting hung up on. Every time they called back, the call instantly disconnected. The AI bit told me they would communicate with me by email but that never happened. There is no one on site to talk to either and calling the listed phone number was yet another automated AI representative.

Update: The lockout was finally removed on 7/8. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. AI can be helpful, but in this situation it only added to the frustration. Every time I called, I received a recap of the conversation, followed by sms and email summarizing the same information and asking if I needed additional help, but I was continually given the runaround instead of getting the issue resolved. Currently dealing with a management that refuses to see that their staff stole from my unit. I was late on my payments, my unit was about to go to auction, so then I got caught up on my payment and replaced the lock the staff cut off it, less than 12 hours later their staff texts me sorry someone cut the lock on your unit, I assume they meant staff did it by accident but no, they are blaming another tenant for it, though they can’t show me any proof.
