Now that you got some new people things seem a little better and hope they continue to get better. However I really could use my 24 hour access again
Our unit was broken into and everything was taken. Management was nearly impossible to get in touch with to regain access to our unit. When my husband finally got in and talked to a manager he was told this is a regular occurrence at this facility. We will not be back.

Spoke to Sef at the KO Storage to help me with my storage change and he was very helpful in resolving my issue. The other associate was helpful too but I couldn't get his name.
