I had a great experience with KO Storage. The lady who helped me was incredibly kind, professional, and very friendly. She made the whole process easy, and I was able to rent a storage unit the same day, even on a Saturday. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and how smoothly everything went. Max was a great help on the phone! I had a few questions about the process and she was extremely helpful and fun.
prices fo raise right after moving in, more than once. Web says $88 or so for 10x20, im paying $137 or so for basic non climate controlled unit. Why?? If this is corrected, ill gladly change review. In my dealing with national help line, they only would pass on something to local manager. It is the most secured storage around.
We've had one or more storage units at the Stone Creek location in Sedalia Missouri for the past 11 years. Excellent customer service. Consistently very clean, climate controlled facility. The location is very handy. I live in one of the subdivisions west of town and I can be in my storage unit 5 minutes after I leave my house. I don't usually run into anyone else when I'm using the facility but when I do, all of the tenants I've ever met are quiet and considerate of my time and space.
