I initially did the whole online thing, signed, paid and then found out my unit was 10 inches too small. I called their customer service and within 10 minutes Henry had me in a new unit over the phone. I know customer service can be a hit and miss experience, but my experience with Henry was clear, quick, and effective. Cheers!
(2024) Constance was able to transfer me from a slightly undersized 10x20 to a 10x24 without a hitch. (2025)Lance was able to transfer me from a 10x24 with a short door to one with a tall door to fit my truck for the winter.
