Zero stars if it would let me. We went to open the storage unit lots of bugs. We moved boxes to the new place where roaches were crawling out of our boxes. I had a few people tell me it was nasty (a year ago) I thought maybe new owners it was better. Our stuff sat there for two month we were dumb founded to see the amount of roaches in the unit and crawling out of our boxes. The manager called me said he had went into our unit and took pictures and I hadn’t even told them about the bug issue yet nor did they have in writing ... read more
