Excellent customer service
If I could give less stars I would, from the moment we got a unit to the point we realized no one was going to help us, its been a nightmare. Couldn't get the gate code even after 3-4 times of giving our info and our receipt. (A 30 minute process even with a person on the phone) Finally get inside and the unit we got assigned is so battered the door won't open. The bottom looks like its been pryed with a crowbar the lock and handle look like they've been hit so hard with a hammer even if we wanted to put our things in there,... read more
