If I could give less stars I would, from the moment we got a unit to the point we realized no one was going to help us, its been a nightmare. Couldn't get the gate code even after 3-4 times of giving our info and our receipt. (A 30 minute process even with a person on the phone) Finally get inside and the unit we got assigned is so battered the door won't open. KO STORAGE was a little blessing for me while I was packing my things. They have the perfect location easy access to the gate. The storage is a little small for the price. 9x9. It's really small just in case someone doesn't know it's like a small walk in closet. Smh no one fault but mine I seen the price and was like heck yeah all day long. It was really easy to set up an account online. I did everything online. No human contact. Signed contract online everything! Do convenient for me.
