Storage unit was relatively clean upon move in, however the ceiling had a large gap in the sheet-rock overhead about 6’ X 4’. Our rental was approximately 3 months. I called more than 30 days in advance of vacating and the company does not prorate the final month. Whether you move out on the first or the last day of the month you still pay for an entire month.
