53’ box trailers are parked in ways to which you cannot easily access your storage unit. Property owner does not answer phone call or return them and when you try reaching out via contact us, they do not respond or resolve the problem-in which 3 times I have called and left a voicemail and 2 times I have reached out via contact us.
Don't Rent from these people! They are not honest! Rent was raised shortly after KO purchased this storage facility. Then was forced to buy insurance without any desire to have it. Then rent was raised again. They have rats (not mice) and lots of spiders. Had water damage as well. I found another storage place closer to home, half the price and brand new units.
Barbara was great in helping me get this all set up on person and has been very helpful of reminding me of when things are coming due to be paid. She is such a sweet little thing.
