Great customer service. I didnt realize I had made an account and had it set up for autopay. The agent, AJ, and I were laughing about it. Very enjoyable experience
They chg late fees and there are no dumpsters or maybe one.
We have had a unit here for years. The last rent increase was steep but the latest issue has crossed the line. The last two months they have tried charging my card without my permission for a total of 4 times. I never signed up for autopay. I pay my rent every month without fail. This is a horrible thing to do to your customers. If my card was not set up to deny charges this could have been catastrophic to my bank account as I’m sure others are in the same or worse position.
