They placed a lock on our unit by mistake, and I spent three hours on the phone trying to get it removed. Their outsourced customer service in the Philippines repeatedly fell back on, “That’s what the computer says,” even though the computer was wrong because of their own clerical error. No ownership. No common sense. No one empowered to fix an obvious mistake. Responsibility outsourced, common sense replaced by a computer screen, and the we are left paying the price. Easy process via phone and Marie was VERY helpful and patient with me while I was gathering required information. **** Update **** HOWEVER... overseas call center it appears because there is no office on site and when I went to my climate-controlled unit, it was an interior unit when I expressed that I was parking a motorcycle in it. If there was someone onsite or who has actually seen these units, they would have NOT issued me that one. Had to settle with a unit without climate control.
