Thanks so much to Dr. Michelle Ko, who did my gum graft. The office coordination was perfect from billing to my insurance, to sending appointment reminders and avoiding any waiting in the lobby. I first feared a gum graft would be invasive and painful, but I am at my 3 month mark, and I have new natural gum tissue to keep my teeth in place and correct gum recession. I’m glad for Dr. Ko’s attention to detail and professionalism in her practice. Highly recommend!
Dr. Michelle Ko and her staff did an excellent job with my dental implant - scheduling, surgical procedure and financial explanations and post-op follow ups were all professionally done.
