Dr. Michelle Ko and her staff did an excellent job with my dental implant - scheduling, surgical procedure and financial explanations and post-op follow ups were all professionally done.
Everyone was very kind and took the time to answer all of my questions.
I wasn’t excited about having to get periodontal work done, especially after learning that I required multiple surgeries. But I’m glad I found Ko & Ko. I was impressed with the staff’s professionalism, the immaculate office space and patient treatment rooms, and the fastidiousness of the doctors and their support staff. They made sure I was comfortable throughout each appointment, and the surgeries were a lot less painful than I’d expected they would be. I felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend Ko & Ko.
Dr. Michelle is very professional and friendly. She’s patient and she listens. I was super nervous and frustrated having my second root canal treatment failed due to the infection and it’s at a really bad spot and I felt painful with my tooth. I had a hard time choosing the periodontist to do an implant. I found Ko&Ko through Google and decided to give it a shot.
