RecommendedKarl was fabulous! He took me step by step thorough the inspection. He was very systematic in documenting every aspect of the inspection verbally, and in a detailed report w/ pictures. We were in a position where the elderly owner had the attic access nailed closed so Karl had to return to finish the inspection. Because time was of the essence, despite inconvenience to him (he had a job in Auburn),karl drove back through significant traffic to help us meet the inspection time-line, and finished the attic inspection.
