Poor experience - Review of Knuth Home Inspections I would like to start by saying that this is a revision to my first review after Mr. Knuth had his attorneys contact me requesting, I delete my review. We are so sorry that the buyer did not buy! At this time we are very politely asking you to remove this review. Honest opinions/reviews are always welcome. However, as with the first review this review also contains many misstatements and a copy of this review has been forwarded to our attorney. Knuth Home Inspection did not have a contract with you and the buyer who paid for the Home Inspection deserved to have 100% of the Home Inspectors attention.
RecommendedEugene does a very good job at inspecting homes. Eugene is also a licensed general contractor and is ASHI certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors.

I assume you were not there for the Home Inspection and just basing your view on hear say?
Eugene saved me from walking into a money pit and helped me know exactly what repairs I needed to make on the starter house I just bought. He even wrote down for me how to fix some of the trickier things. I could not recommend him enough to anybody!
I would NOT recommend this inspector especially if you want to trust the home you live in and not pay a large amount of money in unexpected repairs shortly upon moving in that every contractor we had come out said it should have never passed inspection. We have cedar wood siding that needed replaced along half of the house where it is located, windows (8 in total failing, and 4 needed done ASAP), 10 electrical outlets, 2 rotting door jams, leaking front door (due to siding), cover ups missed (such as baking soda in vents and... read more
