I have been going to this nail for years. I didn’t have a good experience today with the tech that does toes. I asked for an over lay on my big toes I asked her twice to make it a tad bit longer since I wanted the perfect square shape. She caught an attitude and got up and said someone else would do my toes. When I only politely asked her to correct my toes how I’m paying for them. I didn’t feel comfortable or valued customer as a paying customer.
Best nail place. My nails last so long they never break. Fast service affordable prices
I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are very Unprofessional & rude!! My last visit I had three different people to work on my feet within 45 minutes within that time. I only got a nail on my toe didn’t get my feet scrub. It was horrible. I will never return to this establishment.!
Didn’t follow instructions, my toes looked like kindergarten feet. Nail tech got mad about MY FEET THAT I PAID FOR , my daughter picked her color on the board the numbers don’t MATCH she was told the color she picked they don’t OFFER !!!!!!!!’ LIKE WHAT ??? NOT RECOMMENDED …. Emergencies only for the BASIC
I had an appointment with Sophia.. I'm new to this place. Someone recommended that I go to her because she's "that good".. well apparently I didn't get the "that good" treatment because when she finished.. Im not new to getting my nails done..I had all the polish on my cuticle and fingertips and the edges of my nails were not polished or filed correctly.
