Low-key, polite, responsive, straight-talking, no hard sell. I didn't buy the car but not because of the dealer or dealership--I simply went with a different model.
Great experience. Derrick was very friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. He went above and beyond to make sure this car would be ours. I like his laid back attitude. We would recommend KNS to our friends and family and have already. We would 100% buy another car from KNS in the future.

Nice guys. They don't have a facility except a shared office space and a place to park the cars. I didn't feel comfortable enough that they are credible because they are so small. If I lived closer maybe we would have done a deal with them, but they were an hour and a half away. I think they work really hard to find unique deals. Their follow-up was amazing.
