Nobody can help nobody have information. Everybody have different information. They tell you different stuff one person will tell you go left the other person will tell you go right. makes no sense. This office has a really, really, really bad look. They’re not here to help they need to fire the whole department and start over. My next step is contacting someone in a bigger office corporate or something because this is not making sense here and Knoxville
Kcdc took my voucher after 21 years over their wrong doing. I moved to new apartments July 12 2024. I recertify at the apartments then I went to Kcdc to see when my recertification was with them this was all in April. I know the routine to recertify months before the move in date. Been doing in 21 years they kept giving me different dates they started this portal app online I applied to recertify.
