all there care about is money I was with out heat and ac for 4 months I followed the law if not fixed after 14 days I held the rent and they fixed it the day before writ was served they think they are above the law there buildings are not well taken care of I would give them a score of -100 the building I was at the elevator was always going down or traping people inside
I been waiting on housing so long I mean like over 15 years after people listing me moving to agape place beside central highschool I don't even know where I am besides I'm injured doctors will not act fast enough trying move me around so horrible they was throwing a party that won something with actors actually live in it with mansion somewhere we have live outside like we have done something horrible wrong we so mistreated for what is real family loving becoming cost to me

I've been without air conditioning for two weeks. Kcdc may be good for other residential properties but not autumn landing. I am still without air. Kcdc want rent money for poor living arrangements arrangements. No air, bed bugs and roaches in the laundry room, no back doors, flooding in the apartments, water main bust, leaks. Kcdc is TRASH and needs to do better by tenants. It’s absolutely ridiculous to have to live in these conditions. Next step Don Dare.
