RecommendedVery professional and great with my dog Sandie
I am very dis satisfied with the service I had today when I brought my dog in to get hair cut and shots. Was told to bring him in at 1 for shots and 1:45 was hair apt. 4:55 go in to see if he was done, they hadn’t even started on him yet!! Kenneled up for 4 hrs when he hasn’t even been in one. Waited all afternoon and nothing happened for the poor dog.. will not have my business again. Not pleased at all!!
RecommendedThe clinic loaned our big boy, Mr. M a pet carrier because his is too small for him. He always does well with everyone at the clinic, I think he really does know they love every animal that comes to see them. Thank you for the great care you provide for our beloved pets.
Dr. Wilson listened to our concerns and had compassion for our dog. No judgement due to he was not vaccinated. She was willing to help figure out what was wrong. Facility is clean and the staff is welcoming. Thank you so much. From Duke's Family

RecommendedWhen it came time to put my dog down, I had a lot of anxiety, but experienced just the opposite of what my mind was conjuring up. I want to thank the staff for their compassion, gentleness and professionalism. I appreciated every thought in the details of the room where this occurred: soft lighting, fireplace, leather couch/chair. It was not a cold, septic space with an stainless steel table. Thank you for the hugs and compassion. It made the experience the best it could be under the circumstances. You guys were amazing!
