My dog Annabelle had to have a tooth pulled i got a call the night before and I was like i thought that was Friday and she was like no its tomorrow. I was like well i only have half the money it was gonna be $435 and I also had to take Neddie in which he was already paid in full zero shes like okay well we will just take you card information tomorrow itll be fine. RecommendedDr. Wilson saved my malamute Mya earlier this week. She went from barely moving to back to normal in a couple days! The staff was excellent and very helpful and courteous, Dr. Wilson called me and discussed my dog's treatment plan, care was excellent, cost was reasonable. I just moved back to the area and Mya will definitely be back to the Knoxville Veterinary Clinic!
Both Dr. Wilson and Dr. Deneke are super friendly and knowledgeable! The staff there is pretty amazing too! I love how stress/fear free of an environment it is which makes taking my dogs there a piece of cake! My dogs love going there! The clinic is always clean and smells great. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else!
Today I took my bulldog Harley to see the staff at Knoxville vet clinic and they were fantastic. They did an amazing. A huge thank you.
All the staff is super helpful to make it a pleasant experience for my neurotic dogs. I love their focus on fear free care and attention to modern treatment to safely treat the furry members of my family.
Scheduled my dog to be neutered, they were supposed to swab out an infected ear and begin the process of customizing a medication to get rid of it. They neglected that aspect of the appointment, although they did inspect the ear. Now they won't give me the medication necessary to rid his ear infection unless I bring him in AGAIN to do the same thing they were supposed to do originally. Way to nickel and dime someone on the well-being of their pet..
they are so very caring and great with my dogs. no place I trust more with my fur babies
Our regular dog groomer was way booked out till sometime in January, been going there for 14 years,we take our furry kids to the Clinic for shots and etc,we called and they got our kids in and a great job with them,put bows on them and a week later they still smell great,cost a little more but well worth it and now we have a new groomer!
