Update to the information below: After reading the comment from the “owner” below, I called the office to try to reconcile the issue. I was told that this is an automated message from corporate, there was nothing that they could do, and the dismissal would stand. They also stated that there was a note in my account that they did have the dismissal conversation with me. That is a lie. After taking my kids to this dentist for about seven years, I called today to schedule new appointments and they explained to me that we had been dismissed for refusing x-rays at both visits last year. Basically, my husband and I only allow our children to have one dental x-ray a year. He took him The kids once, and I took them once.
