My daughter visited this dentist office for a year, she went a total of 3 times, she had some cavities than needed to be filled and 6 teeth capped. We set up an appointment at children's hospital to have them all done at once versus her being traumatized with multiple visits. I sat in a parking garage for 6 hours in my car while my wife was with my daughter. The procedure went on and they put my little girl to sleep. I have been to this pediatric dentistry twice now. And every time I go there I have mixed feelings about how the experience is. When I come in the door, the front staff is friendly and professional and get you checked in with no issues. Obviously if its your first time you will need to fill out paperwork. They have a nice waiting room with TV's that play childrens movies so your kids can watch movies while they wait. This next part is where i find myself thinking about switching dentist offices. They always make my 2 year old feel so comfortable. I drive an hour and 15 mins just for my son to go here and it is SO worth it.
