The provider there was extremely rude and dismissive. I drove over an hour for him to spend 3 minutes with us. My child hurt her tooth and we were hoping to have it pulled as it was very swollen and discolored. He told us sometimes losing teeth hurts, I'm sure you know that! Go home and try harder. The nurses and receptionist staff were very pleasant. The doctor could learn a few things about bedside manner from them!
We have been here several times however today the hygienist that my son had was very rude. She was not patient with him to get x-rays and someone else came to help her. That was a very nice. She is very short, not very nice with him and at a pediatric dentistry wouldn’t think that should happen. All other times we have had a great time. Maybe it was just her or the time of day, but it shouldn’t matter if you’re the first patient or the last patient you should still treat them all the same plus they are little kids.
