It was alright. The food was good, but the service left something to be desired. I was there with family celebrating a birthday and after we were given our entrée around 8:30, our waiter was nowhere to be seen until they closed at 9. They also don't have their prices on the menu, so be prepared to spend at least $150 for 2 people.

Waiter was fantastic although did not explain very much. Everything was pretty dirty inside. Stuff all over the walls. The men’s bathroom felt straight out of a truck stop on the interstate. It was filthy. No paper towels. You could not see yourself in the mirror due to filth. The urinal was gross. You could tell it has not been clean in weeks or longer. I asked for a manager. The restaurant closed at 10pm, we had a reservation for 9pm, and arrived on time. I called earlier in the day to confirm. When we arrived I was told the kitchen was CLOSED and we couldn’t order a main course, only Cheese and Dessert. We get seated without a drink menu and when I asked they said the bar was CLOSED as well. Have been to The Melting Pot in Knoxville many times, and it was always a great experience. With new owners, absolutely terrible. 7:00 pm reservation for our daughter’s 25th birthday, same as the last 2 years. We arrive at 6:50pm and was told it was an hour wait for our reservation. Rationale provided, several workers called out and people were taking longer than usual to eat. We waited until 7:20 PM and I checked on status.
