Chocolate fondue was amazing! Super pricy.
Good riddance! Overpriced bs for subpar food if even that. Waiter was so clueless, our first time there and didnt explain a thing. Spilled water on my wife completely soaking her so she sat freezing for another hour or so; however the manager gave us gift certificates for another visit, lmao. Yeah, we will for sure not be going back and now that its closed; understandable!
Our server did the best he could due to the circumstances… but oh my, our experience was awful. They had no drink, only water and Coke Zero (in a can), the place was hot, felt like the air was broken, they didn’t have there normal seasonings, they didn’t have lots of meat options, hair in my sauce, something nasty looking in my water, walls were nasty with food splattered everywhere and dusty like it hadn’t been clean in weeks… it was just a terrible experiences… we usually love the melting pot but this time made it difficul... read more
Attempted to go here for my birthday, made the reservations serval days in advance (because the last time we tried to go they were fully booked), tried to call and confirm the reservations about 6 times in the two days before and I guess they don’t have a working phone number? Got an email about the hot water heater being broken the day of, paid for a Lyft to get over to the melting pot after we tried to call a couple more times.
