Knoxville Plumbing was great! It wasn't an emergency, but I got a same day appointment. I received a call letting me know they were on their way. I even received a text with tracking available. Zak & Landon were awesome! They were very honest about our issue and highly recommend them!

Avoid this company. Scheduled an appointment with an arrival window of 8:00 AM-12:00PM on a Saturday morning. Received a text confirming my appointment. The day of the appointment, they were a no call/no show. Attempted to call them to see if there was an issue and all calls went straight into a voicemail.

Great company! Aaron came out on a Saturday and he diagnosed the plumbing situation with our home (older) home and gave us an estimate and explanation of what needed to be done. He is very thorough and honestly does a terrific job!

Aaron Tatum was very friendly and professional. He did a great job replacing our shower pipes and valves. He cleaned up and our shower works great. Fixture looks very nice. Knoxville plumbing has done a lot of work in my house and I'd recommend their work any time.

We appreciate Kenny & Landon’s quick and efficient repair to our rather complex plumbing leak. They work well as a team and were very respectful and cleaned up nicely on completion of the job. The office communication is superb.
