Matt is well informed and very personable
We bought our home from DR Horton in the Sonesta subdivision of Knoxville. Overall a smooth experience and the project Manager Cody Holstine kept us updated with the home building stages. He was very responsive and attentive to our questions and concerns. Mortgage through DR Horton was also a breeze.

D.R. Horton's offerings seem to provide good value. While I generally refrain from giving perfect reviews, perhaps D.R. Horton could consider providing slightly larger plots of land to allow for more space between homes. D.R. Horton Representative Cassie Crespo demonstrated respect, expertise, and a positive demeanor. She created a comfortable environment for my wife and me. She is a true professional.
