I had a great first impression upon my visit to Knoxville Bicycle Company. Myron provided outstanding guidance for me, a rookie rider. I have made KBC my home shop. I recommend everyone stop by and check it out.
Myron is knowledgeable and helpful. The repair and upgrade services are top of the line. The Internet can't fix your bike (or make sure you're riding the right one), but KBC can.
After many years in my garage, my bike just didn't shift, brake, or ride very good. Thanks to KBC, they said they could do a full tune up and it would be like new. I doubted but they proved me wrong! It rides and shifts great! Now I can ride with my 7 year old who just learned to ride. PS: my 7 year old has already told me he wants me to take him back to KBC to get his next bike...we'll be back.
Great shop great guys! Check them out they will be honest and will not steer ya wrong.
Great Bike Shop. Very helpful. Nice folks. Bought my first road bike and I love it. Any time I have a question or need some assistance, they have been extremely helpful. There are several bike shops that are closer to where I live, but for me it's been well worth the drive.
