I paid $463 for lab work and several of the tests on the order weren't run. I have documentation of what was ordered and quote for cost which I paid for. I reached out to Natalie and she said Quest didn't get order for items noted missing and that I didn't pay for them. So basically I just got screwed because I paid what was quoted me for tests on sheet Natalie filled out, but several weren't run.
