They have the nerve to the water off for maintenance during the height of a pandemic that’s mainly being spread by not washing your hands. I want anyone and everyone to know how much of a joke this place is! Absurd! Be very, very, very ashamed by this!
Very disappointed in Knox Village....they took our grills away in the middle of the summer last year, they CLAIM it was for safety reasons...really?? Not one person I know of had a problem with their outdoor grills, but I do know of fires that happened INSIDE their apts! For the past 10 years we have had a BBQ with family and friends throughout the summer, what a disappointment this year...we can't even enjoy ourselves here, what a shame... Best place to live in New Windsor NY. Maintenance response in a timely mnner. Great heat new air conditioner.Everything new in my apartment. Large apartment and large bedroom and large living room. I am very happy here.
Worse place ever When my 72 year old widow mother passed away in her apartment#15 near the office they said they would refund her deposit. When I called back to see why they did not refund her deposit I was told that she still had a lease and they could come after the rest of the lease. These are the kind of people that you would be leasing from. No respect for anyone only the bottom line not good people
