I have regrettable used this shop twice. I want to be fair, but I must reluctantly encourage folks avoid the shop. This shop definitely hikes up the price. They show no concern to triple the charge for parts. Who knows how much they charge extra for labor. I heard the two employees discuss how much to charge for work. They agree to triple the price for parts. Greed should be criminal! I can imagine charging anyone 3 times what I paid! Greed has no limit at Knox Speed and Diesel!
