Came in here and got a new Gel X set and was charged $100 and it didn’t even last two weeks. Had to (go somewhere else) get a whole new set since most of the nails lifted from the gel within a week.

I came in requesting builder gel on my natural nails and showed a reference photo. Instead, nail tips were glued onto three nails. I clarified that I had asked for builder gel, and was told the gel used qualified as builder. However, I was charged for a builder gel refill, a repair fee, and a French tip fee, totaling $105. Definitely don't walk in saying you have a gift card. I got a $100 gift card for Christmas. They did the basic of basic pedi. No hot stones. No paraffin wax. But I got gel on my toes. And I got just 1 color dip on my nails. Why did I still owe them $50. So $150 for that with a $20 tip. What. No way. Not really happy about getting basic treatment when I was given $100 gc by a referring doctor that goes there. I will let them know as well. But Kim was sweet and Alex was very professional.
