I called the emt for my wife and when they arrived and was putting my wife in the ambulance Myron Mackey was so rude to my wife calling her a prick. He wanted to tale my wifes shirt off outside of the ambulance instead of doing it inside with the door closed. And she refused because she didn't want to be exposed. And while on the way to GSH he grabed my wifes arm and my wife asked him if he was having a bad day and he replied yes because of a prick like you. I had to call the ambulance last night cuz I had a child having a seizure.. they took 10 minutes to get to my house and I live literally a block away.. I'm not impressed sorry

They are never on time and make you late to appointments or have to re schedule. I have been late or had to re schedule many appointments because of them.
