On first observations the facility is noisy and not taken care of. Dirty doors and walls. Broken socket fixtures. It would be nice for them to show a little tlc to the place. As far as care goes the First doctor/student came in wearing a mask with the FLU 😷 to see my 2 month old, who I asked to leave. Then saw another student who asked the same questions multiple times to be followed by dr. Edralin who gave me a feeding schedule for an exclusively breastfed infant. Unprofessional,my son was misdiagnosed here causing him to be rushed to chapel hill for emergency surgery!
I have been going there for 26 years. First my kids now my granddaughters. I love them.
How can put Your own name on my childs medical records if you're not even on the medical records. Then you put your fiance on my son's medical records without my permission. the Knox Clinic is so messed up and the people that works there need to be fired every single one of the people that works at the front desk. that place up there has me Furious right now. LOVE Knox Pediatrics. All of the staff are amazing and they provide great care!
I've been going here since I was a child but in the last 4 years it went down hill today was the last straw I have switch my daughters pediatrician.. lack of communication rude and always have you waiting but want you to be on time for an appointment
