Chelsea was recommended to me by my Realtor when I bought my house in 2023. At that time she installed screens on my gutters from there pretty much our entire neighborhood did theirs. Now comes 2 years later and the builder put cheap boots on the house and i got a leak. So Chelsea to the rescue again. I requested a better quality boot and to replace any missing shingles. Just like magic it's complete. I HIGHLY recommend Knox City Roofs if you want it done fairly and accurately.

I can't recommend this roofer highly enough! They did a wonderful job repairing my roof and were incredibly kind and patient throughout the process of deciding it needed to be replaced. Working with Chelsey and the whole crew at Knox City Roofs made the dreaded chore of getting a new roof a breeze. Chelsey was very responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to work with during the whole style and color decision process. The crew replacing the roof were professional, respectful, and open to answering any questions we had during installation. We contacted Chelsey to have some exposed nail heads on our roof sealed. She very promptly responded and had the work done within days. We'll definitely be using Knox City Roofs for any of our roofing needs in the future!
