Jeff was a tool. Legit SPAMMED my emails and my text messages until I finally responded. And as soon as I did, never responded after multiple attempts to ask for help. Unprofessional, clearly unmotivated to provide support to first time buyers, and unreasonable with communications. I do NOT recommend. I DO recommend NB Elite Realty!!!!

Jeff Knox made our buying process a breeze. His extensive knowledge of the Dallas area, market and resources available to us were unmatched. In addition, his website is top notch and allowed us to really dig in and establish a base line within our areas of interest to include location, house style and budget, which is truly unique. That coupled with his dedication, honestly and patience made what is typically a painful process, actually fun!
