Calibrated our thermostat's temperature offset after we complained it felt colder than the setting. Used a calibrated thermometer to match it perfectly. Now it's spot-on!

Jim is fantastic. He is a smaller shop, so he cannot necessarily get to you immediately if you want a new central air install, but his quality of work and monetary value for the service is totally worth the wait. It took him a few weeks to get started after we decided we wanted to work with him, but again, totally worth it to be patient. I was concerned that my old furnace was beyond repair, but Jim and his young assistant had it going in minutes! And I was happily surprised at the low cost! Jim Knowles is the one to call.

Crest has amazing bartenders and patrons, but the kitchen staff has consistently dropped the ball on the quality of food preparation and plating I have never received a meal I ordered that was prepared correctly and this was right off their menu with no special requests.
