2nd time a groomer does a horrible job on my Maltese. 1st time groomer left a bald spot on his side and did not tell me until I asked. His response, "oh I'm sorry I meant to tell you. I had the wrong blade". Did not write a bad review. Now 2nd time I specifically tell groomer, "we're taking pictures this weekend so just a clean up not a hair cut". We just went to Knotty Dog on Friday for the first time. Sophie had a fantastic hair cut and spa day. Service was friendly and excellent. She was done in only two hours. (She’s a Maltese so it’s taken much longer at other salons.) I recommend knotty doggy!!

Staff is wonderful! They do such a great job.
I have a long coat German Shepherd that they do a wonderful job on. I live in the country with foxtails and they groom him and take all the foxtails off. Niklaus loves the staff.
My little girl came back with ticks and a cut on her leg! Highly recommend going elsewhere.
