Marco is simply the best! I moved to Austin in 2020 and have only gone to him. The shop is adorable and really relaxing. Marco takes his time to get everything just perfect. He uses high quality products. If you get lucky sometimes there’s a foster puppy being hosted by one of the other stylists!
Micah has been slaying my hair for almost a decade! From balayage, to box dye color correction (my bad), to creative colors, to (most recently) complicated calico - she has always done me right! Knotty is so cute and all of the staff is so friendly and welcoming (did I mention they have puppies?). I couldn't recommend it more! /
I drive all the way from Pflugerville because I know that my hair will be looking good! Everyone here is so friendly and talented at what they do, 10/10 would highly recommend!
Micah is an absolute QUEEN!! From my very first appointment, she made me feel like her bestie. She actually listens to what I want (a rare gem!) and somehow manages to exceed my expectations every. single. time.
