If I could give 0 stars I would. This whole company feels like a sham with a terrible AI customer service. I ordered 2 rings, one for my husband and one for myself. It was a Christmas gift and I ordered it 1 AM the night of Cyber Monday where they were still running Black Friday deals. The ring did not arrive until a week after the holiday, there were no shipping updates and I unnecessarily spent hours with customer service trying to figure out what was going on with the order. Ordered from here and for whatever reason got charged in USD yet the office is located in BC and so am I. I returned the product I purchased and never received a refund. I was told to just send it in regular mail which is not tracked, so I am not sure if they ever received it or not for me to get a refund. I’d recommend just getting a similar product on Amazon.
