I brought a string of pearls (actual pearls not beads) in to be restrung and they lost them. I went back several times and was told the owner wasn’t in. I left my name and number and no one ever called. Finally I went in and the person there admitted they lost them. The owner did call me after that but there was never a resolution, I’m just out a string of pearls that was a gift from my husband.
