I lived here for a year and loved my experience here. Maintenance was always quick and responsive. They were also able to get me in quickly and it’s such a quiet and safe place to live.
I set up a tour with one of the property managers. I was very communicative and flexible with them. I arrived 5 minutes early to the address they told me to meet them at. I waited around for over 30 minutes, and no one showed up. I called their office, no answer. I emailed them as well to let them know I had arrived. It has now been over a week with absolutely no communication or explanation. I currently rent here and there has been tremendous turnaround since I rented here. When I first moved in approximately 4 years, management and the apartment was horrible. However, since Sara has been here, there has been great improvement. No longer do I have insects and bugs everywhere and I no longer I feel like I'm living in squalor. When I need management or maintenance, they are here on time and everything is fixed the way it supposed to be and not patched work like before.
Do not rent from these people, so far beyond shady. They even took the time to remove my other 1 star review about rent jacking, bugs, and all their other issues. Be surprised if this one stays!
Horrible customer service. Can you believe I even want to rent here. They lie and tell you they have an apartment and then rent to someone else. They want $500 with no apartment available.
