This place used to be in such disrepair. No maintenance was ever performed with the previous owner. I called it the ghetto of Fair Lawn. Recently new ownership. Major exterior renovations and nuisance tree removal. Now when tenants move out, apartments are completely renovated. Now professionaly landscaped and exterior benches installed. Lots of new sidewalks.
This property has done a complete 180!! The new owners took down multiple dead trees that massive branches kept coming down, Replaced all of the windows that were never changed from 1947,all new steal railings, roofs, exterior lighting the place in Unbelievable!
