Terrible customer service! Called the 13th & West location and message said the phone number was not in service. Called the Rock Rd location and was given the same number that didn’t work! Called the downtown location and phone just rang….no message about hours or if they were open or closed. No more Knolla’s for me! If you don’t have customer service, you have nothing!
My son and I have enjoyed the pizza here for a while. Unfortunately I told my sister to try this place and the service they provided was horrible. We ordered pizza for two different households and they gave me the Tuesday discount but refused to give her the same discount because they were too busy to correct the price. You should not treat a new customer like that regardless of how busy you are. My son just asked me today to order pizza from Knollas but I will not go back again.

sure if you want the wrong thing. Screwed up my taco pizza for the third time and while asking the cook after him telling me to calm down. my LAST TIME. the one they screwed up before that they insisted on telling us when we had to pick it up
Favorite pizza place in town.
Pizza had absolutely no flavor to it, and my dessert pizza was so dry it’s unbeatable. When I went to pick it up I noticed they weren’t wearing gloves when making the pizzas. Such a waste of money.
I love the pizza,however, their delivery zone and service is unreliable.
great pizza! great service! taco pizza is our favorite.
