I live here and it's quiet and we'll kept.
It's a very quiet complex
I lived here for 8 years and had all positive experiences. The office management was always responsive and kind, maintenance requests were completed quickly. Living here for as long as I did is a testament to the quality of staff, location, amenities, and the space itself.
I have been a renter for 8 yrs. Management has kept this older complex well maintained, 4/5 stars. There are no in unit washer/dryers. Two bedrooms have a dishwasher. Ground floor units have a open patio. Ses ond level have a balcony. The landscape is well maintained. There has been some recent tree loss and tree fall damage due to extreme winter weather, 2024. Sidewalks and stairs need resurfacing because they are crumbling apart and becoming a trip hazard. They also have persistent standing water after rain storms. This is... read more
