I feel so lucky to be a resident at Knoll West. My neighbors are all kind and considerate, the grounds and buildings are well maintained, even though they were built in the 70s and some units have the original fixtures or tile; everything is wonderfully kept up. Neighbors look out for each other, pick up their own pets, and are friendly but also respect boundaries. Sophie and Britton are like family, always available to help. Carla Properties is an asset to PDX and Knoll West is a gem.
I highly recommend The Knoll West Apartments based on my wonderful experience as a resident. First and foremost, the location is excellent, offering great convenience and accessibility.
