This place was amazing and will be missed. Sofia in the office was great. Any questions, comments, concerns, confessions, where addresses quickly and without incident lol. Perfect location. As a carpenter who's jobsite changed regularly, I could get anywhere in the portland metro area within 20 min. It's a very quiet complex
I lived here for 8 years and had all positive experiences. The office management was always responsive and kind, maintenance requests were completed quickly. Living here for as long as I did is a testament to the quality of staff, location, amenities, and the space itself.
I have been a renter for 8 yrs. Management has kept this older complex well maintained, 4/5 stars. There are no in unit washer/dryers. Two bedrooms have a dishwasher. Ground floor units have a open patio. Ses ond level have a balcony. The landscape is well maintained. There has been some recent tree loss and tree fall damage due to extreme winter weather, 2024.
