Josie was the best! I have had my pearl necklace and bracelet restrung by knoll and I couldn’t recommend them more! The service was incredible and they were super helpful and did everything they could to make the experience convenient for me.

My beautiful clock has been repaired, it is very special to me as it was given to me by my older sister from the factory in Britain. She herself, wishes she kept it. It is simplistic yet beautiful and very precious to me. I am extremely grateful to have my clock back in perfect working order. Thanks so much to all the staff involved.
