My first experience was great, I was a walk in customer. I returned twice and was turned away both times. They didn't have time for me. One time I arrived an hour before closing, I get it. The other time I arrived three hours before they close. Neither girl tried to welcome me back with an appointment or offer an alternate solution. The first time the girl was rude and the second time the girl didn't seem to care. It's clear I'm not welcomed and my business doesn't matter.
I was a walk-in on a very busy December 31. It was my first visit, all I knew is that I wanted better than the generic haircut that I was used to getting. After a modest wait, Candice took me to her chair and listened to what I wanted. She gave me the haircut I wanted and the beard trim I needed. I left looking better than I expected, and felt great too. But in spite of being busy, I never felt I was being rushed. Candice took the right amount of time to take care of me. And that's important.
Awesome staff, free drinks, beautiful girls, and a full service barber shop for men. What's not to like???

Awesome...friendly staff and very comfortable environment. I have seen several stylist and each and every one of them give great cuts, conversation, and they know how to pick photographers.
